What was so special about this wedding wasn’t just that it happened on a pontoon (although how cool is that). It’s that it was more than a union of just two people: it was a union of two families. The absolute joy that Kristin, Mike, and their children radiated as they celebrated their families’ doubling in size was so evident by everyone who witnessed it: the purest love. This family love was such a theme of the entire celebration, from a grooms dinner at the family cabin to a family first dance. Not to mention that the night ended with a big party to live music by the lake (there’s truly no better Midwestern way).
